Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer free shipping on every order to the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or P.O. boxes.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, delivery takes 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Q: Who will deliver my package?
A: We work with a variety of reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier for your order is selected automatically based on your location.

Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned due to a quality issue (e.g., manufacturing defect or damage during transit).

Q: Is return shipping free?
A: Yes. We offer free returns. No restocking fee applies.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Please email us at info@kipllingsale.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. After we process the refund, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method (depending on your bank or card issuer).

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: No. We do not charge any restocking fee.

Q: Can I get a partial refund?
A: If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our “unused with original packaging” requirement, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
