SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after purchase confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipment notification once processing is complete.

Domestic Delivery Area
We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, any United States territories, or post office boxes. If you provide an address outside our delivery area, your order will be canceled and refunded within 3 business days.

Shipping Speed
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. This time is calculated from the shipment date, not the order date.

Shipping Cost
All orders qualify for free standard shipping. There are no minimum purchase requirements or promotional codes needed. You will never be charged additional shipping fees at checkout.

Carrier Information
We work with several domestic carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier assigned to your order is determined by your specific delivery location and package weight. You will receive the carrier name and tracking number in your shipment notification email.

Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number. You can monitor your package status using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after you receive the notification.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days from the shipment date, please contact us at info@kipllingsale.org. We will initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf.
