PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted Payment Types
We accept three payment methods for all orders placed on our website.

Visa – All consumer and business Visa cards are accepted. This includes Visa credit cards, Visa debit cards, and Visa prepaid cards.

MasterCard – All MasterCard credit, debit, and prepaid cards are accepted. MasterCard business cards are also accepted.

PayPal – You may pay using your PayPal balance, your bank account linked to PayPal, or any credit or debit card stored in your PayPal wallet.

Payment Methods We Do Not Accept
We do not accept American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, or any other payment method not listed above. We also do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

When Your Payment Is Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is submitted. The charge occurs immediately, not when your order ships. If you use PayPal, the authorization is captured instantly. If you use a credit card, the hold appears on your account immediately.

Payment Security Statement
All payment transactions are processed over SSL encrypted connections. Your credit card number is transmitted directly to our payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers. We store only the last four digits of your card and the card type for reference purposes.

Payment Declines
If your payment is declined, please check the following:

  • Verify that your billing address matches the address on file with your bank
  • Check that your card has not expired
  • Ensure you have sufficient funds or available credit
  • For PayPal users, confirm that your PayPal account is verified and in good standing

After a declined payment, your order is not processed. You may try again with a different card or correct your information. Each attempt is a separate authorization request.

Billing Information Requirement
Your billing address must match the address on file with your credit card issuer. Mismatched addresses are the most common cause of payment declines. We do not ship to billing addresses. We ship only to the shipping address you provide at checkout.

Payment Disputes
If you believe an unauthorized charge has been made, contact us immediately. We will investigate and provide transaction records to your bank if needed. Please do not file a dispute with your bank without contacting us first. We can often resolve issues faster than your bank.
