SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. A second email with shipment details will be sent once processing is complete.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, any United States territories, or post office boxes. If you provide an address outside our delivery area, your order will be canceled and you will receive a full refund within 3 business days.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. This time is calculated from the shipment date shown on your tracking confirmation, not from your order date.
Shipping Cost
All orders qualify for free standard shipping. There is no minimum purchase requirement. No promotional code is needed. You will never see additional shipping fees at checkout.
Carrier Information
We work with several domestic carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier assigned to your order is determined by your specific delivery location and package weight. You will receive the carrier name and tracking number in your shipment notification email.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number. You can monitor your package status using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after you receive the notification. If your tracking number does not show any information after 24 hours, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days from the shipment date, please contact us with your order number. We will initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf. Investigations typically take 5 to 7 business days to complete.
