RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Time Limit
You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to request a return. The delivery date is defined as the date shown on your carrier tracking confirmation.
Return Eligibility – Three Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, your return must meet all three conditions below:
First, the item must be unused. No visible wear, no stains, no odors, and no signs that the item has been carried or handled beyond initial inspection.
Second, the item must be in its original packaging. All tags, dust bags, and original boxes must be included. Items returned without original packaging may be rejected or receive only a partial refund.
Third, the return must be due to a quality issue. Acceptable quality issues include manufacturing defects (loose stitching, broken zippers, defective hardware) or damage that occurred during transit (crushed packaging, torn material). Change of mind, size issues, or “did not like the color” are not covered under this policy.
Free Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you after we approve your return request. No restocking fee applies. You will not be charged any fees for returning an item.
How to Submit a Return Request
Step 1 – Send an email to info@kipllingsale.org with your order number and the specific quality issue you experienced.
Step 2 – Include clear photographs showing the defect or damage. Photos help us process your return faster.
Step 3 – Wait for our return approval email, which will contain your prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
Step 4 – Pack the item exactly as you received it, using the original packaging.
Step 5 – Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Please do not send returns without a prepaid label. Returns sent collect or without an approved label may be refused.
Return Inspection Process
After your return package arrives at our facility, we inspect the item within 2 business days. We verify that the item is unused, in original packaging, and shows a genuine quality issue. If the item passes inspection, we proceed with your refund immediately.
Partial Refund Situations
A partial refund (typically 50% or less) may be issued in the following situations:
- The item shows signs of use (scratches, dirt, worn material)
- Original packaging or tags are missing
- The quality issue is determined to be normal wear rather than a defect
- The return request is submitted after the 30-day window
Rejected Returns
If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements, we will notify you by email. You may request to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense, or we may discard it after 30 days of notification.
